En general, dos factores motivan a la gente: La necesidad de evitar el dolor; y la necesidad de sentir placer. El cambio requiere moverse hacia lo desconocido, y muchos asocian esto con dolory rehusan entonces cambiar. One of the most common complaints of executive direct reports is that their bosses do a poor job of providing coaching. This perception has been validated in reviewing the 360 degree feedback scores for executives. By focusing on suggestions for the future, executives can effectively coach direct reports to be "right" tomorrow, as opposed to focusing on where they were "wrong" yesterday. The Six-Question process herein proposed follows this approach.
